How much does it cost to use your billing services?

Our costs are competitive with other billing services. If you don’t get paid, we don’t get paid, so we are motivated to garner every payment you earned. We work with providers and establish either a monthly set rate or charge a percentage on receivables from insurance, copays and co-insurance.

How frequently do you charge me for billing services?

Invoices are sent monthly to your practice.

Can I pay by check or other form of payment?

You can sign up for Newton RCM by paying by check or with a credit card. Please note, payment by credit card incurs an additional service charge.

Can I get recommendations of your service?

Client satisfaction is our top priority, which is why we fully guarantee our services. We are happy to provide you with email addresses of other health professionals who will attest to the benefits of using Newton RCM.

Will I receive any benefits from referring a colleague?

We earn most of our business through word-of-mouth referrals from other satisfied clients. If you have a colleague who could benefit from Newton RCM’s services, we offer a $100 credit for every referral with a signed contract.

What type of information should I collect from my client?

We need patient demographic information such as name, address, date of birth and Health Insurance Plan ID# and possibly phone number from the back of the card for plans we may not be familiar with.

Do my checks come directly to me?

Yes, we do not receive your checks. You receive them and you inform us of your receipts. We take care of posting to the patient’s account.

What’s the time limit for filing a claim?

Timely filing limits depend on the insurance company. This can typically range from 60 days to 365 days.

Do you send patient statements?

Yes, we will bill the patient with your business address so you will receive their checks when they make payment.

Yes. You can be assured that you will be able to schedule time to consult with our staff who know and understand your accounts.
